• DEFINITIONS

  • "Site" means the White Bear Casino website, including all content, features, functionality, software and services offered or accessible on or through it;
  • "User" means you, a user of the Site;
  • "Service(s)" means any service provided by us, either online or offline.

  These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada. Any action brought against us shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration under the Saskatchewan Indian Gaming Authority (SIGA) or another designated dispute resolution forum.

  We provide access to the Site on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

• USER RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Use the services in accordance with these Terms and Conditions;
  • Do not upload or share content that infringes on the rights of others;
  • Do not attempt to access restricted areas of our systems;

• RESERVATION OF RIGHTS

• LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the services shall not exceed $100 CAD. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.
